HOW YOUR KICKSTART 6 WEEK TRANSFORMATION WILL WORK
Day by day I’ll inspire you with steps to take to get you to a point of flourishing, of sparkling and of living your life like it’s golden. You’ll find ted talks, video tutorials, ideas and actions for you to take so every day you step more deeply into your best self. You’ll find pdf downloads for material to chart your progress or examine specific areas of your life. Every day is self exploratory and inviting you to experiment. Some ideas will enthrall you and you’ll adopt forever immediately, others you might feel energetic resistance too and that’s fine. After 7 days you’ll unlock the next week not before, so there’s no skipping ahead until you’ve fully worked through each week.
Please remember this is a precious time of stepping into consciousness and to devote yourself wholly to it. As a member of our Flourish community you’ll be able to share your experience and revelations with other impassioned kickstarters if you fancy or just check in to see how others are finding their growth journey. The whole purpose of the programme is to get your soul sparkling forever. So kick off day 1 with gusto and embrace your shiny new chapter! Good luck!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A Journal: Treat yourself to one that feels special. Make the process of putting pen to paper a delicious ritual that you look forward to (so make sure it’s nothing like your work notepad!). I love A4 hardback Paperchase journals and treat myself at sale time to bulk buys so I’ve always got a new one at the ready. My daughter loves her A5 brown leatherbound ‘diary of yesteryear’. Whatever rocks your world will be perfect!
A Printer: There will be pdfs for you to download and print as we go through each week so it’s best to have access to a printer.
Time & Commitment: You are about to enter a new life chapter so create the space and time to enable it to flow. This programme is designed to build your skills for an empowered life where you never burn out, always gently, harmoniously have maximum impact, redefine success on your terms and find happiness that endures so please honour the process and prioritise this as your core focus for the next 6 weeks. 6 weeks is a fraction of a lifetime to help put it in perspective! Perhaps slow down on the socials or work commitments just for 6 weeks so you can embrace this programme optimally.
Open-mindedness: And finally here’s a reminder to stay open-minded. Your comfort zone feels safe but nothing ever grows there. Push your boundaries, try new things and see what resonates. At the end of six weeks you can evaluate what works for you, what isn’t right for you now and have a personalised plan to flourish your very own way. I’m so excited we’re on this journey together. Before we begin you need to open your journal, write today’s date and a few sentences that describe your intention to flourish and what this Kickstarter 6 week programme means to you. If you feel the writing flow then continue and express how you feel now – physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally – and how you hope to feel after the 6 weeks. Once done, that’s your journal ceremoniously opened and ready to receive. Now, let’s go!
