This felt very gimmicky at first. I wasn’t sure what to make of Mel’s cackling and errm-ing conversational style.  I’ve never had any problems getting up early myself so I also couldn’t relate to her alarm snooze stories (she definitely struggled with sunrise starts), but shucks yes this did end up feeling motivating, honest and has propelled me into getting on with things faster than I would have normally. I do put off things until I’m ‘ready’ but now I’m much more 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 go and lo and behold opportunities are appearing and things are coming together faster than I anticipated.  Mel is owning her space in an awe inspiring way and her presence on social media and broader motivational work she’s doing is transforming lives positively on a massive scale and I’m totally in awe of her. I’ve shared her book with loved ones and even those relunctantees who normally shun my self-help genre have fallen hook, line and sinker for these words of wisdom.  Easy and quick to digest, give yourself a jolt to get your little butt into gear and seize action!  5, 4, 3, 2, 1 go!
