I’m Bianca. A writer, mother, business woman, dreamer and effervescent optimist passionately devoted to a working world filled with graceful productivity, kind leadership and unleashed human potential. I believe everyone deserves to sparkle. Life should not be a struggle but a joy.
I launched my first business in my twenties, whilst raising my young family. Impassioned by commoditising an idea to ensure ‘Giving never felt this good’ I harnessed emerging tech to create truly personalised gifts at scale for the first time. The Bespoke Gift Company was as exhilarating as it was pioneering and evolved across a decade from trade manufacturing in my garage with the kids at my feet into a global, omni-channel commerce empire with retail units, concessions in high-street department stores and thousands of unique gifts shipped around the world. I learned that with the right energy, focus and intention ANYTHING is possible!
As a keynote speaker, event host and workshopper, I’ve had the privilege of being invited to partner with the world’s largest brands including Google, Snap, Amazon, WPP, The New York Times, Spotify, WPP, Indian Television, Publicis, Sky, BBC, Thrive Global and more. I inspire audiences with what Google labelled my ‘energising authenticity’. Amazon rated me “The most motivating and uplifting speaker of the year!”. 100% of Snap’s Female Leadership Retreat attendees rated me as a 5* host. It is always a privilege and honour to take to any stage.
I tripped into corporate gigs after selling my first business and got hooked on the buzz, the business impact and the personal growth potential. From a boutique digital consultancy initially, I’ve ascended to large international conglomerates leading to my current Chief Growth Officer role in the world’s market-leading communication holding company where I oversee 15,000 digital experts driving marketing and new business prowess across the world. I was crowned my industry’s Woman of Tomorrow once too (blushes shyly).

I revere healing and inner power work as a blessing to be nurtured, so have certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy, Hypnotherapy plus Executive and Life Coaching across many years of study and client practice achieving the highest internationally recognised coaching accreditation as an ICF ACC CPCC! Yup, I’m ridiculously acronym-ed which basically means you can trust in my consistent devotion to serving with Big Impact.

Suddenly the universe made sense. A boy was followed by a girl, and then surprise, surprise 2 more boys – twins!!
I founded my first business The Bespoke Gift Company which evolved from a trade manufacturing business into a global omni-channel commerce empire over a decade.
I led digital business agendas and wellbeing initiatives within global orgs like my current home Publicis Groupe (120k staff).
At last seizing my ambitions without falling over became a welcome reality.
Won the IPA & Campaign’s Woman of Tomorrow award and took a gracious bow.
Patented Energy-Scape™ and began workshopping the model with ambitious women to epically positive response.
Published the book and toured the world on Female Leadership stages with partners like Amazon, Snap, Google, BBC and more.
Not easy after 26 loving years but we tenderly and bravely acknowledged the moment not as failure but evolution.
