Amazing, life changing book. Incredible science asserting that our physical stance can actually trigger hormone release which impacts our physiology ie stand powerfully and tall and you’ll release more testosterone making you actually feel and BE more assertive, powerful and impactful. I use her guidance every single day; in every meeting, before every presentation, every time I feel apprehension I put my shoulders back, stand tall, open my stance and change my physiology through my posture. Incredibly powerful and I recommend this to everyone including my teenagers as these are lessons to learn early in life for sure. Please do also view her Ted Talk.
