Bianca Best is a bestselling author, Global Speaker of the Year 2025, award-winning former C-suite executive and Founder and CEO of The Human Connection Company. She reveres Human Connection as one of the defining ideas of the twenty-first century, exploring why the way we connect with ourselves, one another and purpose transforms how we live, lead and perform – and why our humanity becomes more valuable as artificial intelligence accelerates.

Her career spans entrepreneurship, global business leadership, broadcasting, therapy and transformational development. Bianca built and sold an omnichannel ecommerce business before leading digital transformation, technology divisions and international teams within WPP, Publicis Groupe and Dentsu Aegis. She has since worked with organisations including Google, Amazon, Accenture, British Gas, Yahoo and Haleon, bringing a rare blend of commercial authority, psychographic insight and extraordinary human energy to stages around the world.

Bianca is the author of Flourish and Big Impact Without Burnout. Her forthcoming book, Human Connection: How Changing the Way You Connect Changes Everything, will be published by Wiley in 2027 and forms the cornerstone of a wider global movement spanning books, research, media, education, speaking, community and immersive experiences.
