This week we’re going to focus on observing your energy highs and lows leading you to write your personal energy plan, your Productivity Balance System.
You need to completely and truly tune into your natural energy rhythms and learn how to honour them to avoid dips, struggles and artificial energy stimulants.
We’re going to devote 7 days to examining who, what, where, when and how you feel positively energised and conversely drained and negatively devoid of energy.
Your Energy Scale
To begin, download and print my custom Energy Scale PDF and set the date as “Day 1”.
Now, take some time to evaluate your own personal energetic rhythms to see if you’re honouring or dis-honouring them in your life currently. Score yourself from 1 to 5 on where you sit on the energy scale, 1 being low and depleted, 5 high and zingy.
Take time out to reflect on this honestly. Look at yourself deeply in the mirror as you contemplate each area, don’t cheat yourself here. The purpose of this exercise is to grade where you need to prioritise the self-love most to shift back into a more balanced energetic state.

When you chunk your life into daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sections, what are the relaxation moments you would like to invite into your life? How can you build these in more rigidly?
